The Krypton Solutions medical plan is designed to provide our employees with the opportunity to obtain comprehensive and quality health care services at a reasonable cost.
Retirement Savings Plan
All eligible Krypton Solutions employees have the opportunity to build their future through 401K Investment and Retirement Planning through Retirement Management Solutions (RMS).
.Basic Life and Accidental Death Insurance
Our life insurance program is intended to provide your beneficiary with additional financial support should you die while actively employed by the company. Krypton Solutions pays 100 percent of the premium for both Life and Accidental Death Insurance.
.Holidays
Krypton Solutions offers its employees six paid holidays throughout the year. Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible from date of hire.
Vacation Days
Krypton Solutions employees are eligible for vacation as determined by the years of service with the company and applies to both full and part time employees:
Years of Service Completed – Earned Vacation Time
1-3 years – 40 hours base pay
4-10 years – 80 hours base pay
over 10 years – 120 hours base pay
